Payment methods?

On our site you can pay by bank card or Paypal account. If you have a problem settling your purchase with one of the means, try again with the second.

How long does it take for delivery of orders?

We work directly with the suppliers of our products, which allows us to offer you articles at competitive prices throughout the year.
Otherwise the delivery time for orders is between 2 to 5 weeks to your mailbox.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

yes, because each supplier is responsible for a particular product, it is therefore possible to receive several packages when you order several items.

Do you have a physical store?

I chose the wrong size / color / address! Can I change it?

We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. If this happens to you, send us an email at {info{@boutiquemaman.fr . We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.

CANCEL AN ORDER:

Any cancellation of orders will require a fee, 25% of the price of the order. This amount will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
